Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy
Welcome to our Site. We value the rights of intellectual property and expect the same from others. Under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Section 512(c), copyright owners or their agents can send a takedown notice to our DMCA Agent listed below. As an Internet service provider, we are protected by the “safe harbor” provisions of the DMCA. To submit a good faith infringement claim, you must provide the following information:
Notice of Infringement – Claim
- A signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative;
- Identification of the copyrighted work that has been infringed;
- Information on the infringing material and how to locate it;
- Contact information of the complaining party;
- A statement that the material is used without permission;
- A statement that the information provided is accurate.
Failure to provide accurate information can result in civil penalties under Title 17 USC §512(f). Takedown notices should be sent through our Contact page by email.
Note that we may disclose the identity of a copyright infringer to the alleged party. By submitting a claim, you agree to this disclosure.
Counter Notification – Restoration of Material
If your material was taken down due to a copyright claim, you can submit a counter notification for the material to be restored. The notification must include:
- Your signature;
- Description of the material taken down and its original location;
- A statement that the removal was a mistake or misidentification;
- Your contact information and consent to the jurisdiction of the courts.
Counter notices should be sent through our Contact page via email.
Repeat Infringer Policy
We enforce a strict policy against copyright infringement. We keep a record of DMCA notices and identify repeat offenders. Violators will have their accounts terminated.
